How to FIX OLMAPI32.dll and WWLIB.dll Error in Outlook 2016/2013

As per recent web statistics, majority of Outlook users encounter dll related issues. These issues are encountered upon updating Windows OS version or if any damage occurs in MS Outlook profile.
