5.   Click on 'Save' option to save the recovered items either on computer or iPhone depending on chosen location

The discription does not seem to be identical to the program I just downloaded.
My problem is that it seemes the program is stuck on 94 %...

Are you using software on Windows XP? If yes then Kindly install all the critical updates of Windows XP and re-run the software.

Can i recover data from the beginning in Ipad?

My situation is i have wrong restore backup and I don't manage to backup before that. I've been force to update into ios 10.3

Never back up by itunes or icloud.

Same issue except my scan gets to 98% and then stalls for minutes then produces an error popup message. I have updated to the latest iTunes - have IOS 12 (which wiped out my notes and is the reason to purchase this STELLAR software), Windows 10 ProX64, and Bitdefender AV. Tried multiple times & stuck at 98%. Please post a fix for this obviously common issue.

Purchased a downloadable version of your software thru OfficeDepot. Using the software with a MAC, and cannot get started.

Keep receiving a message that it "failed to list your iPhone, reconnect your device to your computer or restart application".

I've updated the MAC OS, I've updated the iTunes version. The iPhone has the most up to date OS as well.

This is garbage.

It has been stuck at 98% for the past 2 hours. Previously it would get stuck at 98% for like 20 minutes and i restart. But i thought maybe If i waited a little more it would complete scanning. But 2 hours down, its still at 98%
