How to check the preview of all recoverable data of QuickBooks

Stellar Repair for QuickBooks Software repairs the damaged or corrupt QuickBooks (QBW) data file successfully. checking the preview of all recoverable data before saving/recovery is essential to make sure that the recoverable data is correct, consistent, and identical as it was before the QBW file became corrupt or damaged.

To check the preview of all QuickBooks recoverable data that is a part of the QuickBooks file repair process, execute the following steps:

Launch Stellar Repair for QuickBooks Software on the system where corrupt QBW file is placed. 

In the primary interface of the software:

  •  Select and Scan QBW data file using ‘Select File’ and ‘Scan File’ respectively
  • In case the storage location of the QBW file is unknown, you can use the ‘Find File’ button.
  • Next, click on ‘Scan File’ button.

Note - After the ‘Scan’ process is complete, Stellar Repair for QuickBooks Software generates Log report. Click 'OK' to close the 'Log' window.

Preview of scanned file displays on the screen. To ‘preview the entire data recoverable data,’ perform the following steps in the Preview window:

  • Click ‘Company’ button present on the left side of the ‘preview’ interface to preview Company data. ‘Company information’ window appears. 

Company Information

  • Click the 'Customers' button to preview Customer data. ‘Customer information’ window appears. 

Cutomer Information

  • Click the ‘Vendors’ button to preview Vendors data. ‘Vendors information’ window appears.

Vendors Information

  • Click ‘Employees’ button to preview Employees data. ‘Employees information’ window appears.
