I lost my original registration key. How can I get it again?

In case you lose the registration key, you need to contact Stellar technical support with your purchase order details, so that they can re-send the registration key details to you.

I have a new computer .. as the old one was acting weird. I can't recall if I registered on purchasing Stellar Photo Recovery. I cannot find any of the info I need. Hi, I purchased the recovery for the 3rd time now and the key received says its failed and to check the key. I tried to submit a support ticket but it seems to now allow me to login or submit a ticket.
